Absolutely unhelpful and not welcoming. We live near by, refused to help and sent me to Marienplatz office, because that one is actual Telekom. “Not my problem”. Doesn’t speak English either. 👎 (Marienplatz office resolved it flawlessly, just by opening the file and having a discussion, which they refused to do at this office)

This is NOT a Telekom Shop, this is a Telekom Partner Shop, therefore some topics can't be addressed here. The shop itself is very nice and the service / staff was very friendly. This review is meant for others, so that they, e.g. for a starter kit, drive directly to the Telekom store at Marienplatz and not to the partner store, because they can´t help you with that topic.

As a US expat new in Munich, there are a million bureaucratic to-dos before you really can get settled. One of these items that I was fearing most was signing up for a new phone contract - and this shop took all worries away. It was astonishingly easy to explain our needs, hand over our phones, sign on the line and walk away with a reasonable, comprehensive contract. The staff in store walked us through the whole activation process and were patient, nice, and understanding.
