A low level mainboard repair on a broken MacBook Pro was promptly identified and quickly perfomed with no data loss. Apple offered to repair it for more than double and all data would have been lost (even with a backup, this would have meant spending more time restoring everything). Communication was quick and professional. Always felt in good hands. Experts like these should be praised and rewarded; we only need them when something goes wrong, but what would be do without them?

I went to CONODI cause I had a problem with my laptop and I was about to buy a new one. Mr. Seidel took time in order to identify what exactly was the problem of my computer, took time to making sure about it and after giving me feedback about more questions that I had, eventually right now my computer is running again after 2 days perfectly, super faster and way smoother than before which in the end of the day saved way more money instead of buying a new system. Highly recommend as professionals, Dirk is a great guy and super on a matter of respect and effectiveness.

These people are amazing! I strongly recommend them. Do not hesitate and trust them. I had broken my MacBook Pro and they fixed it very fast and with affordable price. They even offered me a backup Mac, but it was not necessary. They fixed it for the next day. I am totally grateful.

I had a very positive experience with this service. My MacBook Pro (2018) was damaged from a coffee spill and they successfully fixed it at only a fraction of the price Apple would have charged me for a similar intervention. The communication was great (especially since my German is not that good) and the technician who assisted me (Alexey) was absolutely impressive. I really recommend their services, excellent experience.

Service price was reasonable. The engineer (Alexey) has kindly explained to me what the problem of my computer was, and the whole procedure that had been done for the restoration. Overall, I am very satisfied and thankful!
