Salons, spas and fitness studios in Germany are best booked ahead, especially for evenings and Saturdays, and most now take bookings online or through WhatsApp as well as by phone. Agree the service and the price before you start, note that many salons close on Mondays, and tip 5-10% in cash if you are happy. Gyms usually ask for a 12- or 24-month contract, with the monthly rate falling the longer you sign up for, so read the cancellation clause.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–9:30 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach TCM Meridian Massage on 0179 1796868; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. More information is available on its website, tcm-massage.com.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 313 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded massage & day spas in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Do not recommend AT ALL. Don’t come if you have a choice.

It was my 1st time visiting this massage center and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I booked the full body massage for €89 but the experience was not even worth €10. The masseuse was just wasting time moving around the table every 5mins. I took the 90mins session just because foot massage was not included in the normal €55 package. But the foot massage was also shit. There was no pressure applied during the massage. Overall the whole experience was not worth the price charged. Also the oil used was of some cheap quality which has nothing to do with what is advertised on their website. The masseuse is not interested in doing the massage she keeps insisting on selling extra service.

We had a wonderful 1 hour massage today, the ladies knew what they were doing and were gracious about my ankle injury, also giving me some tips on it. Very relaxed and definitly coming back again.

The ambience is positive and they are very kind. I have been there several times and the massage was professional, specially with Kai and Maya. However they usually massage only from the back side so if you want to get massage also from the front side you have to ask (this is e.g. something I expect to be clear without asking, because when I book whole body massage for 1 hour, it means for me the whole body, half half/back and front). The price is OK and I would say their offer for 1 hour 55€ is kind of interesting so it’s worth giving it a try. :)

Great environment and services. The staff is very nice and welcoming. We came with reservations but sometimes walk-in is also available. Will come here again! Highly recommend this place if you want to get relaxed.
