The food was really good, but unfortunately the service was very poor. Our order was forgotten, and we had to wait for more than an hour to receive our food, while the tables around us were served almost immediately. Additionally, the waiter didn’t inform us that the mixed appetizer is only available for 2, 4, or 6 people. Since we were a group of six, we ordered it for three without knowing this and only discovered at the end that we had been charged for two mixed appetizers plus three individual appetizers, which were more expensive. Finally, be careful when ordering the wine by the carafe. One carafe is equivalent to approximately 2.5 glasses of wine, so ordering a bottle may be the better value.

I celebrated my 31st birthday at Taverna Melina with a group of 20 people, and it was amazing experience from start to finish. The owner, Thanos, was responsive and made planning easy. On the night, the staff were warm and attentive. We chose the Ouzo Mezze set menu, and the portions were generous and delicious. By the end of the evening, my friends said it would be their go-to Greek restaurant from now on. Taverna Melina is a gem. If you’re planning a birthday celebration or any gathering with a larger group, I can’t recommend it enough!

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, which really stood out. The Seafood Platter and Four Dips were both delicious, and the Melina Teller was generous and well-cooked, though slightly salty for my taste. Overall, great food, good value for money, and a pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend—just be sure to reserve a day or two in advance as it fills up quickly!

Télio! Medzes and seafood were delicious and perfect sharing concept between two people. Service was attentive, friendly and always in good spirit. Atmosphere was loud and tables are close to each other but you can talk and hear. Went in winter but summer outdoors must be worth it. Recommend it!

Good vibe and great service. All the food was really fresh! I enjoyed every dish on the pics, especially the prawns! We ordered a wine recommended by the staff (around €50) I forgot the name but it’s very nice. A small drawback was this place was too popular, we had a reservation of 2h but we were asked to move to the bar seats once we finished the food.
