Ich habe vor einigen Jahren mein Pelago Rad hier gekauft und war heute nochmal da, da sich eine Schraube zur Befestigung des Schutzbleches gelöst hat. Der nette Herr von der Werkstatt hat mir die Schraube innerhalb von 5 Minuten kostenlos ersetzt - sehr nett, schnell und kundenorientiert 👍🏼

Gute Arbeit. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter mit positiven Flow. Ich bin trotz der langen Wartezeiten zufrieden mit der Qualität der Reparatur meines Schindelhauer Bikes. Jedoch war der abgemacht Preis für einen Reifenwechsel mit 211 € nicht vereinbart worden und viel zu hoch. Es hieß 2x 50 Euro pro Reifen plus Arbeitszeit und leicht den Riemen nachspannen. Was danach auch 30% mehr als besprochen war. Ich habe mit ca. 100 Euro plus 30 min Arveitszeit wechseln gerechnet nachdem ich mit dem Fahrrad Mechaniker gesprochen habe und bin davon ausgegangen, dass ich keinen Kostenvoranschlag in schriftlicher Form benötige. Mein Fehler. Alles in allem werde ich nicht mehr dort hingehen. Denn als ich das Thema beanstandet habe, wurde hier keine kundenfreundliche Lösung, sondern der Preis auf den hohen Arbeitsaufwand geschoben. Mittlerweile ist eine Arbeitsstunde an die oder unerwartet über 100€ wert. Der Kunde sollte König sein. Hier gibt es anscheinend ein gutes Arbeitklima und die Kunden können so behandelt werden, da die Nachfrage sehr hoch ist.

Bedauerlicherweise eine herbe Enttäuschung! Telefonisch Termin vereinbart - diverse Teile bestellt - extra einen Tag Urlaub genommen - zum Termin erschienen und nur in verdutzte Gesichter geschaut. Teile waren nicht bestellt - Termin wurde vergessen - ... und zu guter Letzt wurde man auch NOCH BELEIDIGEND! Anstelle dessen hätte man lieber gerne noch ein Fahrrad verkauft. Wirklich ein Witz der seines gleichen sucht. Es ist das eine, Vereinbarungen nicht einzuhalten, dann aber von Seiten der Werkstatt auch noch beleidigend zu werden übertrifft das Maß des Akzeptierbaren.
