Die Stiftung Kinderklinik München Schwabing entstand 2016 aus einer Initiative von Patienteneltern, Münchner Bürgerinnen und Bürgern sowie Ärztinnen und Ärzten der Klinik. Unsere Vision lautet "Gemeinsam für das Wohl kranker Kinder". Das Ziel der Stiftung ist es, den KinderCampus Schwabing weiterzuentwickeln. The large woman at the front desk, The moment she understand that we cant speak German, she is angry and acted like dont want to talk to us. They said our "Familly coverage from TK insurance doesnt exist there and we paid 300 euro for consultation. What we got as a treatment from large ladies at the front desk angry&shouting behave. And a little chat with a polite young Dr guy. Spent two hours at there waiting for the process. Not an hospital for expat kids

Enttäuschende Erfahrung – sowohl menschlich als auch medizinisch Unser Aufenthalt in der Klinik war von Beginn an durch eine erschreckend negative Grundhaltung des Personals geprägt – teilweise von der Notaufnahme bis hin zur Station. Die unfreundliche, teils herablassende Art, mit der man hier Patient:innen begegnet, lässt grundlegende Werte wie Empathie, Respekt und Kommunikationsfähigkeit vollständig vermissen. Besonders hervorheben – leider im negativsten Sinne – muss ich das Verhalten von Oberarzt Peter Strotmann (Kinder-Nephrologie). Anstatt ein Vorbild für sein Team zu sein, trat er selbst in äußerst respektloser und unprofessioneller Weise auf. Nachdem ich in einem wichtigen Anliegen schnippisch abgewiesen wurde, lachten seine Assistent:innen offen – und machten sich hörbar lustig. Das ist nicht nur beschämend für die gesamte Abteilung, sondern auch Ausdruck gravierender sozialer Inkompetenz. Ich wünsche diesen Menschen, dass sie eines Tages selbst in die Lage geraten, auf Empathie und Hilfe angewiesen zu sein – vielleicht begreifen sie dann, welchen Schaden sie mit ihrem Verhalten anrichten. Als Patient hätte ich zumindest einen minimalen Anspruch auf transparente Komm

0 Sterne!!! Beim blauen Fenster Anmeldung Kindernotaufname die Damen sind einfach unfreundlich mit Ausländern gesprochen und mit deutschen ganz freundlich gesprochen. Nach uns 2 Deutsche Familien sind gekommen und die sind erst rein gegangen. Das ist nicht normal was da Heute passiert!!!

Wir dachten, wir wären gut aufgehoben und es ist doch "nur" eine Erkältung. Nach einer weiteren Woche mit Fieber auf und ab, sind wir zum Kinderarzt, der Streptokokken erkannte. Klar, wenn man im Krankenhaus nur so einen schwindigen test benutzt, der einfach "laut Arzt" sehr sehr unsicher ist, dann braucht man sich nicht wundern...ein glück, dass nichts weiter passiert ist - damit ist nicht zu Spaßen ! Wieder was gelernt, lieber eine zweite Meinung einholen.

It's over the weekend. My daughter got injured on her elbow and took her to Schwabing klinik. The staffs and the doctor were very responsive, prompt and compassionate toward her. We felt so comfortable and got right treatment. Thanks a lot.
