Steiff shop, whenever we have a new born in the family this is tradition, they get the Steiff teddy bear. This shop has a very helpful and nice staff and we will be back. Parking limited , better take public transport and exit at Odeonsplatz.

Edit Content: The shop is absolutely charming, and the staff at this location were fantastic, which made us fall in love with the brand. Given Germany's high standards, we expected great quality, and while the stuffed animals we purchased have held up well, the clothing has been more than disappointing. After just two wears, a pair of pants began to rip, and despite reaching out to both German and American customer service with the Germany receipts, I've received little response or accountability from either customer services. After months of trying to resolve the issue with the torn pants, I've noticed that several other clothing items we purchased are also starting to tear, snag and come undone, showing the lack of quality. I'm updating my review to express my frustration with the company's lack of support for their products. This experience has been the worst in terms of customer service, and it has left me disheartened about our first encounter with the Steiff brand, which will likely be our last. ------------------------------------------------------- This store and brand is so CUTE! Steiff Shop Munich is a lovely place for both kids and adults. All the dolls are beautifully made, very cute, and extremely soft to the touch. You can really feel the high quality in every piece. A great place to visit or to find a special gift.

Good selection compared to other Stuff stores. However, the Please Don't Touch signs everywhere make me wonder if these toys are for the adults that made them or for kids. If they're for kids, how can expect them not to want to touch them!
