I had a wonderful experience at the LEGO Store in Munich. Harry and another female staff member took great care of me and patiently helped me customize my LEGO Minifigure. They gave me thoughtful suggestions and made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. I was especially impressed by Harry’s kindness, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help. Both staff members were friendly, patient, and made me feel truly welcomed. Their excellent customer service made my visit even more special. Thank you for such a fantastic experience💛

Come at Lego Store Munich for the first time. Purchase some Lego postcard, speed champion and and Customize minifigure for my kids. The store is bright, well-organized, and fun to explore, with impressive LEGO displays and interactive areas that make the visit enjoyable even if you're not planning to buy anything.

extremely friendly staff! They told me I could stamp my LEGO passport by myself. I’ve been to a bunch of LEGO stores and this one is the best one so far

What a beautiful Lego store. I'm glad we visited this place and bought some toys for ourselves and our daughter. It was a beautiful experience. One that's unforgettable. The place has some great spots for kids to play while their parents can explore the toy collection. They have some of the best items here. I got myself the Chinese New Year cat. Excellent 👌

In my opinion, this is one of the best, most active, and most positive LEGO stores. The decorations match the urban atmosphere very well, and the LEGO-built pretzels give such a nice feeling. The space is great for playing with the bricks, and there’s an elevator to reach the upper floor, which is also spacious, well-designed, and really enjoyable. The store almost always has all the different sets available, and it’s rare that they don’t have what you’re looking for. The staff are very active, friendly, and always smiling. We sometimes go there just to play, and we always get such good energy from the place.
