München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

After spending a whole day at the baby fair, and not finding most of the items we were looking for, we went to Baby Ansorge. The shop is packed with every relevant item, and our consultant Alexandra was very involved, nice and caring. We got solid advice, and were very impressed overall. Definitely going to order bigger items through them(ie. pram, car seat) and return to shop for smaller items.

My husband and I went here to first have a look at everything we need to buy now vs buy later. We had no idea where to even begin. After hours of online research, rushing to stores before their really early closing hours and being told that we cannot be consulted because we didn’t make an appointment, we found Baby Ansorge. I can’t tell you how satisfying it is to shop here and speak to the store managers. They are honest, very helpful, and unless they are already attending to a customer, they give you all their attention and effort, even when you are mulling over all the decisions you need to make. I also liked that they weren’t pushing one brand over another (this was the case in some of the other stroller stores, I suppose because of the commission they get 🤷‍♀️) and really worked with you to help you decide and laid out pros and cons based on your needs. I’ve already promised I’ll return to them for all the things we need, I can’t imagine going elsewhere anymore! Ps: they support both in English and German. :)

This is a wonderful shop with a very knowledgeable staff and an excellent selection of products. We received incredibly helpful service in English to purchase our Uppababy Stroller and ergobaby carrier. I visited MANY shops in Munich and was so overwhelmed until I found Baby Ansorge. The evening hours allowed my husband to come, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back. Thank you for making the stroller decision so much easier!
