When picking up the car, they forced me to pay an extra 100 euro for the automatic car they had despite me booking an automatic car. They also force you to pay a flat fee for fuel regardless of how much fuel you use. They also gave me a car with an empty tank of gas that i had to pay to fill.

I rarely write reviews badly. This company deserves it. I booked the bmw 740d series, which they put in the upper car category, not VIP, and pick-up time is 12.00pm. On the day of pick up, 12 p.m. no one contacted me from Starcar about the pick up. I waited long enough and finally called them. They literally just realized about my booking, and 30 mins later, come pick us up at the station. Once we arrived at their station, they told us the 7 series is a VIP car. Therefore, it can't be rented to drive outside germany. This surprised me because i did note in my booking about my itinerary, but they didn't say no to the booking. Finally, im downgraded to bmw 3 series car with adjusted price. They also asked me to return the car to munich nord again and promised to drive us to our hotel in munich. They also held 500 euro deposit even though i bought full cover insurance, which isn't common practice. Car return day : the office is closed, and no one is there. I tried to call the fixed line or branch with no answer. I left stranded with no clue what to do. After waiting for a long time, i decided to just park the car properly and put the key on their office mail box. I video the whole c

We had an absolutely excellent experience with this rental office. The team was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive from the very beginning. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly with our van booking, and their support made our trip so much easier and stress-free. The vehicle was in perfect condition, exactly as promised, and the pick-up and drop-off process was seamless. Communication was clear and fast throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service — thank you for everything!

Very happy with this car rental. Definitely use them again. One weeks car rental at a good price helped us enjoy a great trip to Croatia. No fuss, new car, good and honest service. Highly recommended.
