We had a great experience purchasing a new car with Francesco! The service was excellent and quick (even got the car registered in less than a week). Highly recommend!

What a lovely buying experience. After having looked around 5 used car lots and saw hundreds of cars we done a search on mobile.de for exact specifications we required which came back with a beautiful Crossland X, the purchase was pretty straightforward and easy. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from www.star-automobile.de, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect vehicle to match my needs. The sales team were incredibly patient, answering all of my questions and walking me through various options without any pressure. They took the time to explain all the features, pros and cons of different models, and helped me make an informed decision. The transparency in pricing and financing options was also a huge plus—there were no hidden surprises or last-minute fees. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the level of customer service. Mr Francesco followed up after my purchase to ensure everything was going well and even helped me with some questions I had about the vehicle’s features. Their commitment to ensuring I was happy with my purchase was above and beyond what I expected. If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional car dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Mr Francesco, www.star-automobile.de. I’m inc

Star Autos are truly the best used car dealership I’ve ever done business with. Emanuel who sold me the car worked very hard to make sure I had an outstanding experience. The service was absolutely amazing!
