Leasing through Mr. Ripellino: I recently signed a leasing contract for a Škoda Kamiq through Salvatore Ripellino, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience. The entire package — from the offer to the final agreement — was excellent. What stood out the most was the professional and genuinely respectful consultation. Mr. Ripellino provided advice on equal terms, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with every step of the process. I can wholeheartedly recommend his service.

Got my Škoda here from Mr. Reyes — super helpful and friendly! Everything went smoothly. Can definitely recommend. Great service!

I can only give the highest rating to the personnel that I came into contact with at this Volkswagen dealer. I had a broken passenger side window that was due to be fixed by carglass in Koln, Germany but they could not open the door to fix the window! I explained the urgency of the matter to a customer service representative at this dealership and she kindly walked me back to the service area and introduced me to Herr Heggamann. As busy as he was and without an appointment Herr Heggamann spent 1/2hr working on my door and refused my offers for any payment. Amazing experience just walking in off the street and getting 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ service. Thank you 🙏🏻 Best Regards, Gary McLeod

Worse Service I ever got in a garage.. As i already had a very mixed experience with this garage I was disappointed when my leasing company confirmed that I had to go there again to fix it after a small accident. Well at least they did not disappointed us.. 3 weeks to fix the car, the last week due to the fact that they forgot to order a new safety belt earlier and during that time the cost of the rental car climbs and climbs.. Moreover they never called us proactively, we had to call them again and again to get a useless feedback back as they extended the deadline after every call.. All in all I've been twice at fleischhauer and I strongly hope that I will never have to put my feet there again..
