Heute war ich nach ca 2 Jahren erneut im Bürgerbüro / Rathaus der Stadt Ingolstadt, nachdem ich kurzfristig online noch einen Termin buchen konnte. Es hat erneut alles tadellos funktioniert. 10 Minuten vor dem Termin kann man sich am Terminal „einchecken“. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten (also 5 Minuten vor dem eigentlichen Termin) wurde ich aufgerufen. Die sehr freundliche Dame am Schalter hat nicht nur mein Anliegen umgehend bearbeitet, sondern mir unerwartet auch äußerst hilfreiche Hinweise gegeben, die extrem wertvoll waren. Nach ca. 15 Minuten war alles erledigt. Ich bin somit wiederholt absolut begeistert, dass einem sehr freundlich, menschlich und hilfsbereit geholfen wurde. Uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Die Verwaltungsangestellten am “Bürgerservice” machen Ihren Job extrem freudlos. Es tut mir sehr leid für sie dass Ihnen Ihre wichtige Arbeit so wenig Freude bereitet.

Wir haben letztes Jahr für unseren Sohn einen Ausweis beantragt. Beim ersten Besuch im Bürgeramt wurde Ich zurückgewiesen, weil Ich keinen Onlinetermin hatte. Also wieder heim und einen Termin zur Beantragung ausmachen. Nächster Termin 11 Wochen?? (dies schwankt zwischen 4 bis 12 Wochen) Dies ist inakzetabel und hat nichts mit Bürgerservice tu tun. Auf dem Land gehts schneller bzw. Sofort. Durch Beziehungen hatten wir eine Woche später einen Termin und der Ausweis wurde beantragt. Achtung hier kriegt man einen QR Code um den Status des Ausweises mitzukriegen. Ohne Handy bekommst du keine Info das er fertig zur Abholung ist. Wir hatten dann angerufen und uns wurde mitgeteilt das dieser schon seit 3 Monaten fertig ist. Bei der Abholung wurde Ich wieder heim geschickt, weil Ich keinen Onlinetermin zur Abholung hatte, auch wenn nichts los war. Also wieder Heim Onlinetermin zur Abholung des Ausweises ausmachen und das Beste kommt zum Schluss. Ich wurde gar nicht nach einen Termin gefragt und hab den Ausweis so bekommen. Dauer der ganzen Gaudi von April 2025 bis Nov.2025 mit Beziehungen.

Ausweis und Pass neu beantragt. Es war ein Online Termin nötig, was auf der Seite sehr gut geklappt hat. Zum Termin musste ich nicht lange warten, bis ich dran kam. Die Dame die mein Anliegen bearbeitet hat war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aus meiner Sicht gab es nicht's zu beanstanden. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wahrscheinlich ist es so, wie man in den Wald reinruft, so hallt es zurück.
