Ich möchte hier meine persönliche Erfahrung mit den digitalen Angeboten der Stadt Nürnberg schildern – und die fällt leider sehr deutlich negativ aus. Was als moderne, digitale Verwaltung präsentiert wird, funktioniert in der Praxis schlicht nicht zuverlässig. Die Terminvergabe für die Kfz-Zulassung ist ein gutes Beispiel: Trotz intensiver und wiederholter Versuche über Stunden hinweg ist es kaum möglich, einen Termin erfolgreich zu buchen. Verfügbare Zeitfenster verschwinden innerhalb von Sekunden oder führen zu Fehlermeldungen während des Buchungsvorgangs. Das ist kein Einzelfall, sondern offenbar ein strukturelles Problem. Die versprochene Entlastung durch Digitalisierung bleibt aus – stattdessen entsteht zusätzlicher Aufwand, Frust und Zeitverlust für die Bürger. Gerade vor dem Hintergrund, dass Digitalisierung seit Jahren als politisches Ziel kommuniziert wird, wirkt die tatsächliche Umsetzung ernüchternd. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass Systeme eingeführt werden, bevor sie im Alltag zuverlässig funktionieren. Ich schreibe das nicht aus Prinzip, sondern aus konkreter eigener Erfahrung. Und ich bin mir sicher, dass viele Bürger ähnliche Erlebnisse gemacht haben. Mein Wunsch

Leider aktuell ein sehr schlechtes Bild der kommunalen Leistungen in Nürnberg. Seit mehreren Tagen bleibt Müll liegen, und bei Schnee werden offenbar nur noch Hauptstraßen gereinigt. Nebenstraßen und Wohngebiete werden vernachlässigt. Unabhängig von politischen Debatten: Eine Stadt muss ihre grundlegenden Aufgaben zuverlässig erfüllen. Wenn das nicht mehr gewährleistet ist, sollte offen kommuniziert werden, woran es liegt und wie Abhilfe geschaffen wird. So entsteht sonst der Eindruck von politischem Versagen und falscher Prioritätensetzung.
