Located at Pleicherkirchpl. 1, 97070 Würzburg, St. Gertraud operates as a kirchen serving Würzburg in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

For public services in Bayern, confirm which office handles your matter and what to bring before you travel, since the Bürgeramt, the Ausländerbehörde and the Finanzamt deal with different paperwork. Stations and airports post timetables on site and in the DB Navigator app, and it is wise to allow extra time at the start of the school holidays and around Christmas, when the whole country is on the move.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–7 pm. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, stift-haug.de.

Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 54 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded kirchen, moscheen & gotteshäuser in Würzburg.

Würzburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Würzburg is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Details on this page come from public sources and may change; confirm anything important by phone before relying on it. Business owners can claim the listing to keep it up to date.

Seeing an open side door I walked into this smaller church one afternoon and looked around the interior. It is rather underdeveloped, or somewhat plain in appearance, in comparison to the elaborately decorated larger churches in Würzburg. Also the exterior needs some repair work.
