About Soul Relief - Dynamic & Circular Yoga

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Been looking for a nice yoga practice in Munich and I finally found this gem! Lilli is such a warm teacher and her practice is so holistic! After a nice flow, we get a short massage with aroma oil during savasanna and ending off with a therapeutic sound bath as she plays multiple singing bowls and the gong. I wake up from the yoga practice feeling so rejuvenated and happy inside. Thank you Lilli. Danke schön :)

Great yoga teacher and yoga class. Lilli gives you options to different levels with space to improve (depending on your own form of the day and motivation😊). I always leave the class inspired. positive, exhausted, but still relaxed. I can highly recommend Lillis classes!!
