Ich gehe super gern in Sophias Stunden. Sie strahlt so viel Ruhe aus und hat ein unglaubliches Wissen. Das durfte ich auch bei ihr in der Ausbildung erfahren und so viel von ihr lernen. Ich bin sehr froh, dass Sophia aus den Räumlichkeiten den Sophia Thora Space gemacht hat. Dieser ist wunderschön, schlicht gehalten und einladend. Auch an Equipment ist alles vorhanden. Also der Space beinhaltet wirklich alles, was da Herz begehrt.

Das Yoga und Coaching mit Sophia ist einfach next Level. Sie versteht in ihren Yogastunden so viel Tiefsinn und trotzdem Leichtigkeit zu versprühen, dass man jedes mal beseelt nach Hause geht. In meinen Coachings mit ihr haben wir immer schnell Lösungen gefunden und die waren immer nachhaltig. Das Arbeiten mit ihr hat so viel in meinem Leben zum Positiven verändert. Ganz lieben Dank!

Ich fühle mich im neuen Studio von Sophia sehr wohl. Es ist so superschön und hell geworden, absolut sauber und ab dem Betreten bin ich, einfach nur aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten, schon entspannter. Stunden bzw. Workshops habe ich bisher von Hannah und Milka besucht - und mag die beiden auch ganz konkret auch mit fünf Sternen empfehlen.

Ich bin seit letztem Jahr Oktober regelmäßig in Sophias Stunden und ihr Yoga-Stil hat mich so sehr begeistert dass ich jetzt auch meine 200h Yoga-Teacher-Ausbildung bei ihr absolviere. Ich bin jedes Mal nach einer Yoga Stunde mit Sophia ganz beseelt und geerdet. Sie lässt mich so viel in mir fühlen und gibt mir für meine Emotionen einen sicheren Raum.

Sophia ist eine der tollsten Yogalehrerinnen, die ich kennenlernen durfte. Jede ihrer Stunden ist anders gestaltet, und dennoch schafft sie es immer wieder, genau das zu vermitteln, was ich in diesem Moment brauche. Egal, ob die Stunde kraftvoll und herausfordernd oder ruhig und entspannend ist – ich gehe jedes Mal mit einem guten Gefühl nach Hause. Für mich ist nicht nur der Aufbau einer Yogastunde wichtig (der bei Sophia übrigens hervorragend ist), sondern vor allem die Intention und die Atmosphäre, mit der sie den Raum gestaltet. Sophia schafft es, jeder Stunde eine besondere Bedeutung zu geben und einen Ort zu kreieren, an dem man wirklich bei sich selbst ankommen kann. Ihre einfühlsame Art, ihre Authentizität und die wunderschönen Impulse, die sie in ihre Stunden einfließen lässt, machen jede Yogaeinheit zu etwas Besonderem. Eine absolute Herzens-Empfehlung! 💛🙏🏻✨
