Smoover Moving

I relied on Smoover‘s services at the beginning of August for a 600km move. I was very satisfied. Big plus to Jon‘s reactivity when I asked him tons of questions, Bart and Co. for their kindness and their ability to move furniture around WITHOUT touching the freshly painted walls, to XX who disassembled and assembled a complex bunkbed without breaking it, and to the seamless user interface that can be used for administration of the move online. Will definitely call them again for the next one, but for now let’s unpack boxes.

The guys did a very good job and everything went smoothly. Definitely we would use the service next time. Also they offered the best price and we got 3 employees to help us to move us to Germany. The other companies were charging much more and with less labour. So I would say outstanding. Thank you🙏

I am very happy with my moving experience with Smoover Moving. I will explain my experience here in detail because I was nervous myself when looking for a moving service and found that I wanted to have as much information as possible! I had to move a few pieces of furniture and a number of boxes from Berlin (Germany) to Dublin (Ireland) - not enough for a full load of a typical moving company, and for a bye-load, this was too unusual as a destination. So I was delighted when I found Smoover Moving. As soon as I reached out to Smoovers, a few months before the planned moving date, Jon set up a Whatsapp group regarding the move, which made it very straightforward to communicate. However, additional information was (also) sent by email. I was quickly given a quote, which I considered a fair price for the volume of items I had asked to be moved, and we agreed to confirm closer to the move to finalise the agreement and the date. I reached out again about six weeks before the move and confirmed the order. I opted for the service to have my items removed from the apartment and loaded by the Smoover team, and unloaded/brought into the apartment at the destination. Pickup time was confirmed

Great price, very nice and professional workers, and helpful support on WhatsApp. The offer was detailed with a clear cost breakdown. Everything was amazing. If I had one small comment, it would be that the wrapping materials could have been a bit cleaner. They left a small mark on the sofa, but I was able to clean it. Overall, amazing service if you want high quality at a great price.

We had a great and smooth moving experience from Berlin to Barcelona. The movers were fast and careful with the stuff, adding extra wrapping to furniture and bikes to prevent any possible scratches. The communication before, during and after the moving was fluid, allowing us to coordinate everything and keeping us informed once the things were on their way. Highly recommended!
