I had my doubts at first after reading the reviews about this branch. However, when I tried it myself, the experience was great! Look for Nico in this branch. He is very easy to talk to and he explained everything well. I rented a BMW 540d touring and a BMW 430i. Both vehicles were in great condition and I had no problems driving them on the autobahn. The return process (after office hours) is also easy. I just had to message customer service about the return for them to log it in their system. NOTE: It is important that you download the app so that you can verify the damages of the vehicle upon pickup!

Sadly we didn't read the reviews beforehand about the company. We, as other customers who have reviewed this rental company previously, paíd in advance for a car that was not available when it was time to pick it up but the difference was that we were offered a free upgrade for the inconvenience. We had it for day and half and gave it back in perfect condition and on time. Still, Sixt wrote an email hours later we returned the car, when we had already left Germany, letting us know about extra charges that make no sense, like an insurance the agent offered to us, and a refueling for almost 150 euros, when we, by far, didn't drive over the included kms that they offered. We have replied to their message explaining this and will wait for the answer. We are looking forward to a constructive conversation, otherwise I believe it is our duty as responsible customers, to share widely this behavior in all social networks to warn other potential customers. I will come back to update this review and hopefully to share a positive outcome.

I booked with Sixth for my Europe tour and as usual, this branch did not disappoint. The staff was very accommodating and polite especially Michael when I collected the car and Cansu when I dropped it off. The car they gave me was very spacious and could not ask for more. I even stopped in one of their branches for a check up and the service is still great. After driving around 9 countries in Europe and more than 4500km, the car is still in perfect shape. Thank you Sixth Munich Sendling, highly recommended!!!

I had a bad experience. They have given me an all dirty vehicle, and in very bad condition. Additionally no one made the delivery to see the state of it and the bumps and scratches it had. During the rental I get an oil warning sign. I have tried during the entire rental period to get in touch with someone responsible for the company and nobody has answered my messages and mails. Proof that no one checked the vehicle status, on the first braking with the entire complete passenger vehicle, the last seat came forward, since it was not fastened with its corresponding floor hooks. Is a branch where I would not rent a vehicle anymore
