⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Spyridon at SIXT! Yesterday, we were searching everywhere in Munich for a convertible, but unfortunately we couldn’t find one available anywhere. Spyridon went above and beyond to help us and somehow managed to find exactly what we were looking for. His service was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely exceptional. You could really tell that he cared about making sure we were happy and satisfied with our rental experience. Thanks to Spyridon, our trip became even more special. We are extremely happy with the service we received and will definitely look forward to dealing with him again whenever we rent from SIXT in the future. Thank you, Spyridon, for the outstanding service and effort! Highly recommended! 👏🚗🌟

Excellent service in English by Kontos. He remind us on the required toll for Czech Republic and supported finding a lost item after we returned the vehicle. Kontos went beyond with his attention and kindness.

Rental went super good, friendly professional service, perfect attitude! Regards to Mr. Spiridon who was the managing the process of the rental. Also, thanks to Sixt overall for fantastic service - for only around 50 EUR it was possible to drop off the car in a different city, very convinient.

I turned today to get my booked rental, and the guy wouldn’t give me a rental car since I didn’t have an International License! In all my years of renting, including through Sixt, I have never been asked for an International License. But this office refused to rent to me despite having a valid booking with a valid Missouri license. Thanks to the good folk at Enterprise Bremer Strasse 7, Munich, I was able to rent as planned. They had never heard of this requirement and laughed with each other about the requirement of the guys at Sixt.

Location; good, clean new building. Staff: Mr EREN, very nice. Garage Staff: Nice and Helpful. (Sorry not to have noted your names. ) had booked a small, automatic and gasoline one, and upon arrival, it was quite hectic to get it as reserved; but anyway they solved it out. 1st, a manual one had appeared then an e-car arrived. Not sure if I could travel via charging stations, so I was waiting my original options to be fulfilled and matched. A Hybrid car was given; handy and easy to drive. And dear Mr EREN, you are a WONDERFUL MANAGER. I deeply appreciate your kind support and patience ; hope you’ll be rewarded and promoted. Thanks a lot for the fellow customers who were waiting like me, kindly offered seats to the others.
