Fast, efficient and high quality. Much better than nearly every other traditional rental company. Great city centre location

Warning to everyone, avoid this branch, this company and never never trust their stuff. They seem to hire agents to lie and scam their customers!!! I booked a compact car online and went on time to pick it up, but probably because of the high season the car didn't exist and not even a similar alternative. The agent in branch offered me to pay more +100€ extra for a seven seats car, which is too big for my need. The agent refused any other options and explicitly assured me multiple times to my face that in this case I would get a refund and there would be no penalty. However, it turns out I was completely lied to and got scammed. Apparently the agent has triggered a "No Show" causing to lose my money and Sixt kept 100% of my money as a penalty. I was misled into losing my entire payment. This feels incredibly unethical and unprofessional. Absolutely terrible customer service just to get a customer away from the desk. Avoid this location.

Great reception and interaction with the service desk at this branch of SIXT. Clear communication, clear offering of services I may need and flawless/seamless key&car pick-up/drop-off. Car is mint condition. Thank you!

Sixt's car return point is on basement level 4. There are signs guiding the way. Once you arrive (during operating hours), staff will be waiting to receive and inspect the car. If you purchased the Full Protection package, it's even easier as there won't be extensive checks. It's very convenient.
