I really loved my experience at sixt yesterday. It was so smooth as butter. I also got an upgrade because it was a special occasion. The receptionist was just an amazing person. I will always be thankful for her.

Looks like their system is not working properly. For example, it allows you to book a car that doesn't actually exist, or they may give you a car with a manual transmission instead of the automatic one you reserved. This happened to me with SIXT. Fortunately, I know how to drive a manual, so I only realized the mistake about 10 km from the rental location and decided to keep the car. Hopefully, they will adjust the bill accordingly. Other than that, the experience was fine. 4/5
