Highly recommend this Audi dealership and especially Manfred Back ! Although we finally bought another car that matched our preferences, he responded incredibly fast to a brand-new listing, sending photos and answering all questions immediately. Excellent customer service.

We slept over in Ingoldstadt on our way from Italy to Norway, but when we started the car, the check engine light was on. I checked if there was an Volkswagen dealer nearby, and drove 1 km to Audi Center Ingoldstadt. The service was incredible and in about 20 minutes Raphael Rahme checked the car and found that the Catalysator was the problem. Since we had a long road trip in front of us and the issue was not with the engine itself, we drove back to Norway. Thank you so much for your hjelp and that you had time to look into the problem so quick. Excelent service and highly recommended.

I contacted Audi Ingolstadt a few weeks ago from Poland to ask for licence plate frames for my Mk4 Golf that originally came from their dealer. Mauer Alexander from Parts department helped made this possible and sent me out a pair of frames that compliment the car well. As well, helped identify part numbers I needed for replacement parts on my car. Super helpful and friendly service and I will not hesitate to recommend!

Excellent experience buying my Audi Q6 SUV etron from Audi Zentrum Ingolstadt and especially with Jens Flörl ! I initially contacted the dealership by phone and spoke with Jens. From that moment on, he answered all my questions with patience and clarity, guiding me through the entire process in a very professional and supportive way. Through all my requests he provided very good offers and took care of every detail until my final choice. When the time came for delivery, the vehicle handover experience at Audi’s headquarters was truly outstanding and perfectly organized. The purchase was made from Greece and the whole process went smoothly and without stress, which is not always the case in such transactions. I highly recommend Audi Zentrum Ingolstadt and Jens Flörl for anyone looking to purchase an Audi car from Germany or anywhere in Europe.

Within the context of the premium automotive segment, this dealer represents a textbook example of a complete degradation of brand standards and a systemic failure in quality management, operational processes, and customer experience. The level of services provided falls far below any acceptable minimum, let alone the premium standards that brands such as Audi and Porsche have defined, upheld, and enforced internationally over the long term. This operation demonstrates a fundamental lack of process discipline, an absence of quality control, and a profound misunderstanding of the very essence of a premium product. What is missing is not only attention to detail and an individualized customer approach, but above all basic professional integrity and accountability for the outcome of the work performed. Customer Interaction & Detail (CID) is at zero level, which in this segment does not constitute a shortcoming, but rather a disqualifying failure. Of particular concern is the fact that employees are unable or unwilling to comply even with their own internal standards and procedures, resulting in systematic violations of processes designed to protect both the customer and the brand it
