For beauty and wellness businesses, it is worth asking how long the treatment takes, whether the quoted price includes VAT and what the cancellation policy is. Popular slots fill quickly, so book early. German saunas and thermal baths have their own etiquette: most sauna areas are textile-free (no swimwear), you sit on your towel, you shower before every session, and the Aufguss, the attendant's steam ritual, runs to a posted timetable.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7–9:30 am. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, session.health.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 48 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded massage & day spas in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Way too expensive for what it is. Paid €34 for a class. I went the first time and there was some kind of event and no one from Session Labs at reception. No one could tell me if I can use the sauna or not. I’m glad that I didn’t end up paying the extra €10 for sauna as the area is really uncomfortable as there’s people from the classes running around everywhere looking for space. The cold plunge is next to the cleaning room which only had a curtain which was open. It all didn’t look very clean and well taken care off. I’ve seen these types of places in Berlin and they do way better. Don’t recommend. There’s way better places in Munich for half the price.

I really like the combination of yoga and sauna – that’s actually the main reason I come here. But for the past 4–5 visits, the sauna hasn’t been available for various reasons: not enough people, it was broken, it was either too early or too late – even on a Saturday at 2 PM. ⠀ It’s disappointing, especially when you’re counting on a full relaxation experience after the class. I really hope this is just a temporary issue.

Best Barre and Pilates Studio in Munich, an absolute retreat to come in every time. Modern, clean, aesthetically pleasing space. Amazingly nice staff members and teachers. Makes your overall mood for the day 10 times better.
