Very friendly and competent with a fair price. I left my phone number so they could call me when a bike for my size and needs would come. It took some time and I am glad they called me back as I got a solid bike. I am still pretty new with biking, relatively short and I don't know anything about bikes so it is also important for me to get some explanation (and reassurance) and some after sale service. Younes was very patient to explain me everything and I know I can come back to have the bike be checked when it is needed. Friendliness plus professionalism are rare these days and I highly recommend this place and Younes for your bike to get fixed or to get a bike.

I popped my tires around the corner and came to the shop to ask for a pump. Turns out I had to change my tubes and my tires. Since I was riding my bike daily for about 2 years without doing any maintenance, after chatting with Younes, I decided to leave my road bike there for a good thorough fix-up. Over 4 days, Younes did it all: cleaned the bike, adjusted the brakes, gears and pedals, straightened the wheels, replaced the back tire, the tubing and brake pads, and to finish it off he wrapped a new steering wheel tape. The service came out at around 150€, including all the replacement parts. Younes would also always call me before doing anything on the bike that we didn't explicitly decide on, so everything was first spoken and then done. Since I had never done any maintenance on my bike after riding it daily for 2 years, I think the investment was well worth it. The bike rides like new. I'm not sure about the negative reviews regarding the employee. All I can say is Younes was pretty helpful from the beginning and I don't really have anything to complain about.

We bought bikes here for the whole family (2 adults; 3 kids) and have been back regularly for repairs and advice. Always got friendly, knowledgeable, practical and fast service. They are busy but to us it only showed that they were qualified. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good secondhand bike.

I came here for some small work (tube replacement). When I picked my bike up it had also had the breaks fixed, and it was still cheaper than I had expected. I found the owner and his son very kind, and helpful. They both have good English skills too, which is a good bonus for people like myself who are not fluent in German. I plan to come back here again if I need more work, and I would reccomend it.
