⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Schulz Hotel Berlin. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well equipped. The staff were always kind and helpful, and everything—from check-in to check-out—was easy and convenient. Great value for money and an excellent location. We would happily stay here again!

We stayed here last month and had a great experience. The location is super convenient. It sits right across from Berlin Ostbahnhof station and has the Spree River running right behind it. It is also right next to the famous painted section of the Berlin Wall. We checked in using the hotel app and used the digital key on our phones to access the room. The lobby seems to be staffed during specific hours as well. We booked a high floor quadruple room for the four of us. It came with one double bed and two loft beds, which slept all of us comfortably. Like many European hotels, the rooms are smaller than what you typically get in the US, but it never felt cramped. The only real downside was that the room did not have a coffee maker or kettle, and the front desk confirmed they do not offer them. The lobby has a restaurant and a coffee shop that is open from 8 am to 2 pm. That said, the train station right across the street has plenty of nice bakeries, coffee shops, and grocery options. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. It is a decent hotel with a very good location, especially if you are going to Uber Arena. The train station is just on the other side of the hotel, and it is not too far from the airport or the city center either. The room could be better, though. There were enough hooks, which was a positive, and the overall vibe was good. However, the bed sheets seemed cheap, and there were hair and other dirty spots on them. The bed was also quite hard, and the wooden bed frame had stains and dust on it. Cleaning could definitely be improved. There was no conditioner in the shower and no minibar, mini fridge, or coffee-making facilities in the room. The lobby is nice, and the staff were alright and mostly friendly. The luggage room is a plus, although you have to leave your bags on the floor. The room is locked, but basically anyone can get the key. All in all, it is a good hotel for a short stay, especially if you are going to Uber Arena.

I’ve stayed here several times as the hotel is in my ideal location. However I always come back here as their hotel checkin system is superior. When my flight lands I checkin on the app and my room key is loaded on my phone. It’s actually great to me i have never spoken to a member of staff when arriving or leaving. I walk straight to my room and no messing around on arrival or queuing! The hotel rooms are very clean, modern and basic. Just what i need to enjoy my clubbing weekends in Berlin.
