Our family of 3 had the best time for 6 nights at Hotel Palace. The junior suite was superb. The breakfast top quality with decent gluten free options including freshly baked break and cake. Great pool area. Lobby bar was excellent. Location fantastic too with loads of eating and drinking places nearby in Charlottenburg. Loved it and would definitely go again.

Friendly staff and very central location. Good amenities: fitness center, pool, and sauna. Room and breakfast are solid. However: the TV and the AC didn’t work properly. I called room service multiple times requesting a technician—they kept promising to send one, but no one came. Service failure that didn’t match the otherwise good experience

Great hotel overall! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

I have just returned here after a 4 night break with family. The hotel was fantastic,amazing location with good travel links close by. The hotel and our room was very clean. The breakfast choice and quality was first class in a beautiful setting. We did not use the bar or restaraunt as we were staying with a young child but I am sure they would have been excellent.The staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was nice with with the pool being a pleasant temperature. I would of liked a room that looked out on to the zoo for my Son to see but all in all a pleasurable trip. I would most definately book Hotel Palace Berlin again.

A truly excellent stay at Hotel Palace Berlin. The location is very convenient, right opposite the Zoo area, which makes getting around particularly easy. The lobby is perhaps not the most beautiful part of the hotel, but that is quickly forgotten thanks to the very warm and friendly welcome at reception. The recently renovated premium rooms are superb. They are beautifully designed, very well thought out, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I honestly cannot remember the last time I slept better than at home in a hotel. That is extremely rare. Breakfast was also excellent. One small tip: ask for fresh orange juice, as the self-service one is not nearly as good. The made-to-order eggs were a real plus, and overall the breakfast experience felt generous and high quality. I also had access to the lounge, which was outstanding. In the evening, there were creative and genuinely good snacks, far better than what many hotel lounges usually offer. The pool is another strong point: large, business-friendly opening hours, and very pleasant service. The fitness area is equally impressive, with modern equipment and everything needed for a proper workout. Overall, a perfect stay.
