If I could I would give them zero. I bought shoes on 31st of March and since I am a traveller I had right to get taxes returned at the airport. They didn’t have paper for tax return and they told me to come tomorrow. I came again on 1st of April and still they didn’t have papers. I lost time, it is disrespectful to the customers, I have right and I could get taxes returned due to their laziness.

Best shoe store visit at nue markt. In the limited time I had at colonge, I explored as much as I could. I almost each shoe store at nue markt and this stood out. It’s a three storey shoe store with all the top brands available. The service is great. Even as a non-German speaker, I didn’t find it difficult to communicate and close my purchase.

Some of the shop attendants are very patient with customers. I was takes through the shoe trying process until I got the kind of shoes I wanted. Another point is that , this place has special/ unpopular shoes that are not with everyone! The shoes are of great quality, pricy ( quality sell) so if you’re looking for or want to treat yourself with a nice unpopular shoe, ladies this is the place! I loved everything in hier ❤️

Staff is incredibly unfriendly when you try to buy something and speak English staff throws up their hands and says absolutely no English lol they don’t care about making sales very bad Attitude would not come here again.
