The SNIPES store here was really nice! When I asked the staff if they had other sizes for the Predator Sala shoes, they quickly brought them out for me. I was able to try them on and talk with them about the right size .great service!

I came here 2 days ago desperate for a new pair of shoes. After 10-15 minutes of trying to get help from staff that were too busy chatting with each other and apparently not interested at all in helping or selling shoes, I walked out in absolute disgust. I was prepared to spent up to 200 Euro for decent shoes. What a poor excuse for a shop and customer service.

Tried some shoes, then tried a different size and decided to buy the first size I tried, they made me wait an entire hour and a half just to tell me that they couldn't find them anymore. In the meantime they just kept telling me someone was checking. Ridiculous organisation, if they don't sell shoes then what's the point of the shop?

Worst shopping experience I ever had! We selected a pair of shoes here and than continued shopping after 30 minutes we came back to get them. The Salesman than told us they don’t have this model anymore, after I told him we tried it on 20 minutes ago he actually checked and saw they still had it. It than took 20 minutes until they brought the requested pair of shoes. After we said we want the pair, the Salesman tried 3 times to sell us shoe cleaning liquid which we had to deny 3 times for him to stop offering it to us. Than they told us they will bring our shoes to the cash register and we can pay there. At the Cash register we waited in line for 15 minutes just for the Cashier to tell us the Shoes didn’t arrive there yet and we need to wait a little, so we waited another 15 minutes for nothing to happen. The Cashier than told us that the College probably didn’t understand that we wanted to buy the shoes and we should go upstairs to ask her. When we went upstairs the Salesperson told us she already brought them to the cash register. After explaining to her the Cash register send us because they didn’t receive it she went to check but was not able to tell us anything. I told her th
