Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We have just started our stay at the Scandic Hotel in Berlin, and we are already extremely impressed. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff has been friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Dahoud for the outstanding service and kindness shown to us. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to assist have made us feel truly welcome from the very beginning. We would also like to thank the rest of the team for their excellent hospitality. It is wonderful to be greeted by staff who genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. Although our stay has only just begun, our first impression could not be better. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay!

The hotel offered a very pleasant stay with a fantastic location, within walking distance of many must-see Berlin landmarks. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is also dog-friendly, which was a great bonus — my dog even had treats waiting for him in the room. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with a great variety of options. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
