As a student, I feel held and seen. On active days, I flow through dynamic Vinyasa, Water and Earth-inspired sequences. On quieter days, I return to Yin and self-care practices that remind me to simply be. As a teacher, I’m surrounded by a truly supportive community—where growth is not only encouraged but nurtured. I never imagined myself leading a Yin class—my mind always wanted to move! But here I was given the space and trust to evolve. I’m deeply grateful to Ute, the heart and soul of this studio, for offering me the chance to grow. And to Renata, who, from my very first visit, said, “You might be happy in Ute’s class”—and she was absolutely right. The teachers are good but after trying this place several times I should mention that some important factors of yoga are not considered and that brings down the quality: the classes on Monday evening are often overbooked and the room is over packed which makes it hard to do the yoga moves. There is a speaker with constant color changing and lightening that should be used for partying rather than a peaceful yoga session. The music is not at all suitable for yoga, broken heart love songs are played during shavasana that is killing the whole mood of that short meditative moment.

Did a deep-sleep yoga session in the evening with Janina, and had a excellent experience. I went with my brother, it was our first yoga session in many years - but we didn’t feel out of place. The pacing and narrative of the class was great, I felt welcomed and comfortable, and Janina supported me to learn the poses and flow of the class at my own pace. Then went home and had a great sleep (: Perfect for both beginners and those who are more experienced. Would highly recommend 👍
