Not my first visit here and definitely not the last one. Staff here is very welcoming and polite. Provided massage is always pleasant and relaxing. Appointment can be booked online via website and card payments are possible, very convenient. Highly recommended!

I had gift voucher for a full body massage and I had it with Thanya. It feels as though every part of my body has been gently massaged back into a comfortable state. As a mother of twin toddlers, I needed this and I left feeling like a new person. Thanks team for a lovely, calming, friendly experience from start to finish

Not recommended shop, as service not serious and impundent (concerning massages no idea). To explain case: Received in Sept 2024 a a birthday voucher - valid for 1 year - for a back massage in this shop. (ie., still valid). See photo. Now, mid-end Aug 2025 came to the shop to s hedule the massage. Was said that back massage not provided anymore (mentioned voucher value was €37, which could confirm with my friends anymore), but that a more expensive massage (50min/€57 instead of 30min/€37 could be arranged). Scheduled it for next day, without shop full confirmation, as employee saying could not see bookings (in front of functioning PC.... but can be). 15min after leaving the shop got a call canceling schedule, as seems there were other bookings for the slot, and was requested to book via internet site (same as was in voucher). Did it in internet page, adding comments on details above. Receive booking confirmation, but my comments were not present (cannot present due to data confidentiality). Coming to shop, my surprise when presenting voucher: - Same comments as above, that I clarified). Said that pay difference was €37 as price changes (note: the €57 is the actual presented cost o

Good ambiance, great massage, perfect location We went there as a group of friends (6 people). It was very easy to communicate and book a big slot for all of us with different massage requirements. The staff is very friendly and trained. Be it full body massage or foot massage or back massage, all of us are very mush satisfied and relaxed after the experience. When some of us were in the massage rooms, the rest of us were able to sit outside and have a chat while waiting. The location is also great. It is just outside Ostbahnhof. Thanks, Sai spa team, for this relaxing experience we had. We will surely come back.

I had the best massage ever here. 1 hour of the Sai classical was relaxing and very refreshing. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is very serene and calm. The Masseuse are very good and dedicated.
