This was only my second Pilates class. Nika and Sophia are both very professional and so kind. Even though I made a lot of mistakes, they patiently guided and corrected me over and over again. Their encouragement gave me the confidence to keep going and continue practicing. Thank you so much !

Loved my class at Roform! My only feedback would be to update the booking system online - I was worried by the phrasing, “book your cycle, rocycle,” etc that I would accidentally book a non refundable spin class, but everything went smoothly. Had an excellent workout with Lily! Engaging, lively, even with some extra fun motivation during the class, I could really feel the burn on the exercises and appreciated the informative instruction. Lots of feedback here about the breath work, but better breathing allows for better endurance during the workout, so better results. Loved my class (and the front desk assistant pictured here 😂), can’t wait to come back!

My first time ever in pilates, definitely would recommend. The staff was extremely helpful, explained everything quickly and clearly, and the area is very clean. The instructor was kind, professional and helps you find your own challenge. Most negative comments complain about not being able to join when they were late, but it clearly states to arrive 15 mins early, and the door closes 5 mins before. This made sense once I got in: it starts punctually, with a previous explanation for first timers, and some meditation, so it needs to be like that. Respect the times and you'll enjoy it.

I had a great experience at Roform – Rostudio. The megaformer workout is excellent and really effective. The instructors are respectful, kind, and give very clear guidance throughout the session, which makes the class enjoyable and easy to follow. I always feel good after finishing the workout. The studio is very clean and well maintained. They have proper shower facilities with soap and shampoo provided, plenty of lockers to store your belongings, and reformer socks are available (although they cost €12 per pair 😅). The amenities are also a big plus: hair dryer, hair straightener, tampons, face cleanser, hair elastics, and deodorant are all provided, which is very convenient. I’m not quite sure about the 1-star reviews, but regarding punctuality, if someone arrives late, it’s understandable that they may not be allowed to join. It wouldn’t be fair to those who arrived on time and are already in the middle of the session. Overall, a great studio with thoughtful facilities.

I’ve really loved this studio and am a bit surprised by the low ratings. I’ve found all the staff to be very welcoming, the cleaning process of the reformers is really good, the workout itself and the studios ambiance are great. Yes it can be a little crowded, and it’s less personal than some of the smaller studios, but it’s in line with what I’d expect for a studio of that size. The value for the money you pay is really strong. In the end, they’re always fully booked up for every session even two weeks in advance, so clearly many people are enjoying it too :)
