Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely service-minded throughout our stay. Our room was cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and a lovely place to relax. As a Radisson Rewards Premium member, we were also very pleased with the benefits. We were easily upgraded and received a lovely welcome gift in our room, which was a really nice personal touch. The hotel parking was also excellent — very convenient and made our stay even easier from check-in to checkout. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service, comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel Berlin!

We stayed here for 3 nights for leisure and I can safely say it’s one of the best hotels that I have stayed in Germany. The location of the hotel is perfect if you like to walk or use uber/taxi. The room we stayed was premium room with balcony to Dom and the view was worth it. Premium rooms have nespresso coffees and water which are replenished every day. You also have a barcode in the room which you can order several things to your room such as toiletries, pillows, cups etc. Hotel has an underground parking which has plenty of room so you don’t have to worry about not being able to park. Hotel has its own restaurant and a lovely atrium area which you can enjoy drinks and some snacks. Overall I was very pleased with the experience I had and highly recommend.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. It’s 4 stars but services is Zero stars. We stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel Berlin for five nights, and unfortunately it became one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. On the first morning, after using the hand soap provided in my room, my hands began burning and itching within minutes. I also developed goosebumps around my neck. I initially thought I might be reacting to the weather. The following morning, after using the same hand soap and body lotion again, the burning and itching became much worse. Within approximately 10 minutes, I developed a widespread rash on my arms and legs. I had to visit a local pharmacy and take antihistamine medication, which affected the rest of my holiday. What disappointed me most was the customer service. After reporting what appeared to be a serious allergic reaction, I expected empathy and support. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed. Although replacement toiletries were eventually provided, no member of management checked on my condition during the remainder of my stay. For a hotel that promotes itself as a five-star property, the lack of care and follow-up was extremely disappo
