I'm having to write a new review because the last one was removed due to using the same one for both locations: Finding a physiotherapy practice in Berlin that genuinely understands hypermobility spectrum conditions is harder than it should be. Proximed is one of the rare exceptions. I received osteopathy from Franzi and physiotherapy from Felix across Proximed's two locations, and the quality of care from both was exceptional. Treatment was tailored, careful and appropriately adapted to my specific needs. There was no one-size-fits-all approach, and every session reflected a real understanding of what my condition requires and what it rules out. This matters more than it might sound. I'd previously been treated by a physio whose methods actively worsened my symptoms. Proximed was the opposite experience entirely: knowledgeable, considered and genuinely individualised from the start. Highly recommended, particularly for anyone managing complex or connective tissue-related conditions.

i attended physiotherapy sessions with the same trainer for about a year. Last week, I was told that by my trainer the she wouldn’t be available for one session because they had other commitments, when I showed up this week, a new trainer showed up and said I was assigned to a new trainer from now on without any prior notice. This change was unexpected since my previous trainer never mentioned being unavailable. I felt that as a long-time client, I deserved a bit more communication and respect. So I decided to cancel my appointments because I didn’t feel comfortable with how the situation was handled. All of a sudden after a year of being their client they said that your previous trainer is fully booked and honestly the disappointment was my trainer never communicated this! It is unbelievable!

I can highly recommend this practice. The appointments were easy to make, and even when I needed to cancel at short notice, new times were organised without fuss. Markus was great, and not only was he extremely competent and professional, but he also had a great ability to connect with all of the people he was working with.

The best Physio Practice I have been into. From start to finish, my experience has been absolutely fantastic. The entire team is amazing—professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to their work. Really great service and treatment. Fast appointments and the ladies at the desk are super friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks great English as well. My physio is Esther and she has been amazing! Taking time to tell me what my injury is and how we can fix it together. Her English is AMAZING and she’s super friendly. Very gentle with her hands while still having a huge impact. Really recommend here!
