A lovely place, clean and the workers are friendly. Complimentary coffee and water. However public insurance appointments are only 20 minutes so feel very rushed. No time for questions as you are practically pushed out the door when your time is up. I have no idea how it is for self paying/private appointments.

The physiotherapists I was treated by were competent, professional and I was happy with the quality of the treatment. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception was very different. Over the course of my treatment, I experienced several communication issues that ultimately led me to stop attending the practice. For example, I was billed for appointments without having previously been informed of the relevant payment policy in person or asked to sign anything acknowledging it. Although the practice later offered me one complimentary session after I raised the issue, I still felt that subsequent interactions regarding administrative matters were unnecessarily harsh. After missing one (!) appointment at short notice during several weeks of regular treatment, I felt I was spoken to in a scolding and dismissive manner rather than with understanding. As I prefer written communication for important administrative matters, I explicitly asked that anything important be communicated to me by email. Despite this, I recently received an email stating that they were “still waiting” for my prescription, giving the impression that I had attended several sessions without providing one. H

I have had now 2 tours of physio at this place and can highly recommend it. Firstly there was a lady, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, who showed me fantastic exercises for my ankle and the knee. And the second round was with DJay, who was just amazing. Every time there were exercises, that exactly fitted my needs and they both explained what is happening in the body and why that particular exercise is good. They're extremely knowledgeable, modern tools, very friendly and professional. I'm sad I don't have to go there any longer. I would like to sincerely thank my physiotherapists for the incredible work they have done with me. Their patience, encouragement, and unwavering support have made a truly meaningful difference in my progress and overall experience. I deeply appreciate the time they have taken to explain every exercise and procedure with such clarity and care. Their guidance has not only helped me improve physically, but has also given me confidence throughout this journey. Most of all, thank you for listening during my more difficult days. It means more than I can express to feel heard and supported by professionals who are not only highly skilled, but who genuinely care about the people they work with. I feel very fortunate to have been in such capable and compassionate hands. Your dedication and love for your work shine through in everything you do, and I am truly grateful. I would also like to thank the amazing and friendly ladies at reception. They were very helpful in answering my queries and ensured the smooth scheduling of my sessions. Kudos to the PT Marsch team!

I’m honestly quite disappointed with my experience at this Praxis. I initially had six therapy appointments set up, but after the very first one, they kept rescheduling me multiple times. I tried to be flexible and adjusted my calendar, but they ended up canceling on me my second appointment just an 3 h before an appointment. When the tables turned and I got a bit mixed up with the schedule myself one time, I called them 30 or 40 minutes before the appointment to let them know. Instead of understanding, they told me if I didn’t show up exactly on time, I’d be charged. After all the times I accommodated them, that felt really unfair. I even mentioned how I’d been easygoing with their changes, but they were still quite rude and insisted I’d be invoiced. I’m now attending this last appointment and then canceling all future ones because this experience has been really unprofessional and frustrating. And to be more fair, my therapist was extremely friendly and helpful.
