Als Sportlerin hatte ich schon mehrere Verletzungen und dementsprechend auch einige Ärzte-Runs. Oft bin ich dort mit einem schlechteren Gefühl raus, als ich reingegangen bin. Bei Silvan ist es das komplette Gegenteil: Er nimmt sich immer Zeit für mich, hört wirklich zu, geht auf einen ein und arbeitet gemeinsam Ziele aus, die mir bisher wirklich bei jeder Verletzung geholfen haben. Ich trainiere jetzt schon mehrere Jahre mit seinen Trainingsplänen und fühl mich so fit wie noch nie. Absolute Herzensempfehlung. Danke, danke, danke für alles, was du tust!

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem privaten Sportphysio hier in Berlin, der langjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Athleten und Profisportlern vorweisen konnte und komplexe Disfunktionen, bei mir mein Schulterblatt und die Hüfte, einordnen kann. Ich bin seit einigen Monaten im Coaching und habe einen klaren Plan vor Augen, wo die Reise hingehen kann. Silvan nimmt sich die Zeit, hört aufmerksam zu und erstellt den Rehab Plan so, dass er wirklich spezifisch auf meine Thematik abgestimmt ist. Ich bin froh, mit Silvan zusammenarbeiten zu können und bin zuversichtlich, dass wir mich wieder zu voller Leistungsfähigkeit bringen.

Ich habe mich wegen meiner Knieschmerzen an Silvan gewendet und war erst mal total überrascht über den schnellen Rückruf und die unkomplizierte offene Kommunikation. Der Termin vor Ort war auch toll. Silvan kann sein umfassendes Wissen super vermitteln und ich habe mich danach total beruhigt, ernst genommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Der Trainingsplan war 3 Tage später fertig und ich habe sofort nach der ersten Einheit eine Verbesserung gemerkt. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf die Fortschritte, die ich mit dieser großartigen Unterstützung sicher machen werde! Danke!

Vielen Herz Dank für deine Unterstützung, Silvan! Ich habe mich in dem Beratungsgespräch sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Silvan ist super kompetent und sehr nett. Die Kommunikation ist ganz unkompliziert und ich kann deshalb jetzt schon mit der Umsetzung des Planes beginnen, den er für mich entworfen hat. Silvan nimmt sich viel Zeit, um die Beschwerden genau zu analysieren und zu bewerten. Man fühlt sich beim ihm sehr gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen. Durch seine Expertise erstellt er passgenaue und individuelle Trainingspläne. Dank Silvan habe ich die Hoffnung, dass ich zu gegebener Zeit wieder beschwerdefrei trainieren kann. Absolute Empfehlung!
