I will give 1 star because of my wasting time. In Germany most of the things are with Termin and here I am waiting almost 1 and a half hour. The service is really good, the doctor Ralf Dietrich is so so so good, I have never been in the büro of the women doctor. Their receptionist and the stuffs around are not so polite, everytime they are speaking some other theme ( during the patients waiting in the other room, I don't see that's good and they are really so loud ). You are coming in doctor Praxis and you have pain ( head, stomach, you don't feel good and in the other room you hear so loud voices and loud laughting). For me the stuffs are not professional and they need to be polite and good with the patients.

Frau Dr. Pokrandt is amazing. She really goes out of her way to help her patients, even with her high case load. She helped me get urgent treatment for a twisted ankle which proved to make all the difference in the end, as now I am completely healed. And she used her state-of-the-art ultrasound + EKG to detect a heart arrhythmia that I had no idea existed. She really is a superhero Hausärztin!

Ich war an Corona erkrankt. Frau Dr. Pokrandt-Koller hat sehr schnell einen Abstrich gemacht und wollte auch schon ohne sich meine Beschwerden anzuhören oder Medikamente zu verschreiben, sofort das Zimmer verlassen. Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld schon angekündigt, dass ich wahrscheinlich Corona habe und trug auch eine Maske. Als ich sie bat, sich noch 1 Minute Zeit zu nehmen wegen Medikamenten und einer Krankschreibung, wurde sie lauter und war völlig empathielos!! Eine Krankschreibung habe ich für 1 Tag bekommen - wie ein schlechter Scherz. Wenn sie sich 1 Minute Zeit genommen hätte für mich, Ihre Patientin, hätte sie schnell begriffen, dass 1 Tag AU nicht ausreicht. Deshalb gehe ich niemals mehr wieder zu dieser Ärztin in die Praxis! Keine Empfehlung!!!!

She is competent, accurate, trustworthy, and has understanding of the patient. The waiting time is very long, the organization at Praxis isn’t good. All in all, I’m satisfied and more than happy having changed my home doctor to her.

Frau Dr. Pokrandt is a fantastic doctor who also speaks English. She was perfectly capable of taking care of me when I was sick, so I can only recommend her.
