I’ve been very satisfied with this clinic. It’s extremely expat-friendly and impressively digitalised. The check-in process is smooth, and the waiting area is comfortable — I really like the digital board outside where your name appears when it’s your turn. I’ve had appointments with several of the doctors here, and every single one spoke excellent English, was helpful, and took my concerns seriously. At this point it’s my go-to clinic for pretty much anything medical. A special mention for their online/video appointments: it’s such a big plus when you’re too sick to go in person. The doctors are responsive, and they can handle consultations and issue sick notes digitally, which is super convenient. Overall, a modern, well-organised practice with a great team. I’m even planning to enroll in their Hausarzt programme because I trust them that much. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment with Dr. med. Klara Mosig, and unfortunately, I felt very little empathy during our conversation. The entire experience came across as overly commercial rather than genuinely supportive. I am currently going through a difficult time, and while I was sharing my story and looking for understanding and help, I was unexpectedly asked if I would like to receive information about organ donation — which felt completely inappropriate in that context. I will not be returning to this practice, and I find it deeply concerning that this is the level of medical support offered to people in vulnerable situations.

Dr. Sirfy has been our family doctor for over 5 years now. During this time we have been always given the best medical care there is. In addition to his very smart clinic (everything can be done online very easily), his friendly demeanor, and his medical advice which has always been great. Although we have moved further away from his clinic i still make the trip because i know we wont find a better doctor. Cant recommend Dr. Sirfy and his team enough.

I got my Biontech Booster Shot here. I was thrilled to get an appointment today , very easily. Thank you Dr.Sirfy and Team! 🙂 The waiting time in the line was short, Computer work and Process was done fast and efficient. Swiftly ushered into a room, vaccinated and in 5 minute I even got my Vaccine certificate per Email. It was all very efficient, simple and fast. Remarkable achievement in vaccinating more than 800 people in a single day. CONGRATULATIONS Dr. Sirfy and team! You are all Heroes👌👏👏. Keep up the good work.
