I came here for travel vaccinations and some general checks. Since I had lost my old vaccination pass and couldn’t remember much of what was on it, Dr. Baumgartner was really patient and helpful. He explained everything clearly, helped me sort out my vaccination history, and made a simple plan for the shots and boosters I needed.

Today i had to get some information on travel vaccines in addition to receiving two basic immunizations, that had to be refreshed. Dr. Schmidt was particularly helpful and explained everything professionally down to the ‘t’, which helped me understand my needs much better. Receiving the vaccines itself was as easy going as it can be… hygienic, quick and utmost professional. Dr. Schmidt guided me out after taking care of my documents. the clinic itself is modern, easy to find/reach and clean. The staff appeared to be nice and helpful and explained the process to me. i can highly recommend this practice. My next visits are already planned. Thank you.

Today I was at the Praxi for a vaccination follow up. While the Doctors are very friendly, helpful and caring, and it's a pleasure to be visited by them, the receptionists lack of empathy, professionalism and often make mistakes. In particular today a brunette reception seemed very annoyed by the fact she had to update online my vaccination status as on the App everything showed outdated. Her behaviour was childish and not suitable for a medical environment. 5 stars for the doctors, 1 for the receptionists. Luckily one blond receptionist noticed the issue and stepped in to help!

I have been visiting Praxis Dr. Frühwein & Partner regularly and attending their free consultation hours, which always work well for me. Dr. Lohse is my doctor, and she speaks English, making communication easy. She understands my needs and provides the best possible treatment. Her compassionate and helpful approach motivates me to be as dedicated in my work as she is in hers. Unlike how many people feel about medical appointments, I am always happy to come here. I highly recommend Praxis Dr. Frühwein & Partner.

The doctors at Dr. Frühwein are nice and professional. I’ve been coming back here when I am feeling ill or in need of vaccine protections, and I can say that they recommend and give me only the best. On the other hand, some receptionist may tend to forget that sometimes you’re there and waiting for your name to be called, as it turned out one time, I’ve been forgotten, and called 2 hours later. But that’s alright. It can happen. Overall, I highly recommend them. You can ask them politely that you don’t speak fluent German and they would adjust.
