Exceptional.Our new born has been brought there from another hospital because he needed some extra help due to TTN which occur immediately after Csection.From the beginning,the paediatricians were explaining us what is the procedure and how they will take care if the little one .They were very patient and warm every-time we called to ask about our baby’s situation.My wife and I had to remain at the first hospital overnight because there was no room available .After a few hours in the intensive care, they called,letting us know that the baby is fine and he doesn’t need any extra help but they would like to monitor him for a few days.During these days all the medical staff behaved exceptionally with us.Thank you so much for your support.

Great clinic. I was thrilled. The staff very nice and competent. I was stationary here and the room was like hotel room THANK YOU .

I asked for a statement of the procedure for what we paid and a genius male nurse told me he can’t answer that, can’t tell me who can, and to come back tomorrow at 6am to ask a different office. (After I told him 3x our flight leaves before that) 5 mins later I see it plastered on the door that the amount is a pre authorization. The epitome of “I only know my own job and absolutely nothing outside of it” is the level of competence here. Either this nurse cannot read, or he’s been walking around blind the last few years at his own workplace. I think chatGpt can answer better than this human.

I hope you never have an emergency and have to go here, they will make you wait at least 6 hours until you get someone to see you (regardless of whatever pain you have). The service is terrible

Grateful as a tourist on vacation to have been admitted and taken care of here with an emergency surgery. It was very stressful to find an ER and figure out where to go, so if you’re reading this, I would recommend! Having no German insurance, there was an admittance fee upfront but the remaining services will be invoiced. Due to my “private” insurance status, I received a single room too. I would recommend having Google Translate on your phone however to communicate with staff
