Everything has been good so far. The only issue is that for appointment cancellations or bookings, the line is not always available and it often goes to voicemail. But it’s good that they call back, and I was able to cancel my appointment on 19 November at 17:00 during their return call.

I found this place through the Doctolib App. On my first time there, I was a bit lost and a seriously rude woman refused to give me directions, it turned out she was the person in charge of my treatment (the "competent" woman Mrs. Preskrasla is praising in her review some days ago). I wasted 2 appointments with exercises for my hand although the source of my issues is my back! Professionality seems differently in my eyes. I was happy to learn that my treatment will be handled by someone else in the future and I am now feeling the positive effects of it. Professional, well-kept Praxis. I can recommend it.

They are still taking appointments under the name Frau Ghada on Doctolib, even though she no longer works there. The new therapist simply placed a machine on my shoulder and didn’t provide any hands-on treatment during the session. I was not informed that Ghada would not be returning. I feel like I wasted two weeks and a therapy session. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing; I do not recommend this practice.

I had an excellent experience with Frau Slama and her Colleagues. From the very first session, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The hands-on treatments were extremely effective — I noticed improvement with Manual therapy I recieved. The clinic itself was clean, well-equipped, and ran on time, which made the experience even better. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Physita to anyone looking for a skilled physio. Thank you!

This physiotherapy place is quite new. There's currently only one therapist there and nobody working at the front desk. When she's working with patients it means that the phone goes unanswered. That said, making and cancelling appointments using Doctolib works wonderfully and that's most of what you need anyway. I had 6 manual lymph drainage appointments there and everything was great. The therapist, Ms. Ghada Slama, puts a lot of effort and passion in her work and you can absolutely feel that. She not only did what she had to, but took extra time to show me an exercise that helps activate the lymphatic system and also showed me a technique to massage the upper leg lymph nodes. I can absolutely recommend her.
