Ich bin mega zufrieden! Super moderne & private neue Praxis. Mir gefällt vor allem, dass die Praxis von Frauen geführt wird. Man merkt einfach, dass die Therapeutinnen mit sehr viel Konzentration und Auge fürs Detail behandeln. Hier fühlt man sich nicht wie am Fließband, sondern es wird wirklich hingeschaut. Danke Imke & Sabrina für die tolle Betreuung! Ich komme wieder.

Ein fantastisches Team und schnelle Ergebnisse! Ich kann Move&Recover von ganzem Herzen empfehlen! Das Team ist super nett, jung, bringt aber extrem viel Erfahrung mit. Ganz wichtig: Sie haben einfach den richtigen Griff und wissen genau, was sie tun! Schon nach meinen ersten Besuchen ging es mir spürbar besser. Der individuelle Übungsplan für zu Hause hat am Ende den Unterschied gemacht – so war ich wirklich schnell wieder vollkommen schmerzfrei. Ich komme gerne wieder... auch wenn ich natürlich hoffe, dass ich es so schnell nicht muss! 😅 Aber falls wieder was ist, ist das definitiv die Praxis meiner Wahl für die Zukunft. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterstützung!

Ich hatte beim Joggen immer wieder Probleme mit dem Knie und habe mich bei move and Recover in Behandlung begeben. Schon beim ersten Telefonat habe ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und habe unkompliziert und schnell einen Termin bekommen. Die Behandlungen waren durchweg professionell und gut auf mein Problem abgestimmt. Zusätzlich habe ich gezielte Übungen für zu Hause mitbekommen, die ich konsequent gemacht habe. Meine Knieprobleme sind mittlerweile komplett verschwunden und ich kann wieder ohne Beschwerden laufen. Kann die Praxis nur weiterempfehlen – kompetentes Team und man merkt, dass hier wirklich mit Herzblut gearbeitet wird!

Einfach top! Ich bin wegen Schulterschmerzen hier und fühle mich bestens betreut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass nicht nur in der Praxis behandelt wird, sondern ich einen klaren Plan für zu Hause bekommen habe. Die gezeigten Übungen sind effektiv, leicht umsetzbar und genau auf meine Schwachstellen zugeschnitten. Dank dieser Kombination aus professioneller Behandlung und gezieltem Heimtraining bin ich zum ersten Mal seit Langem schmerzfrei.
