Ich hatte von meiner Ärztin eine Behandlung zur Physiotherapie verschrieben bekommen. Ich war in dieser Praxis und man sagte mir die nächsten Termine würden erst wieder frei im neuem Quartal was für mich kein Problem gewesen wäre. Ich also wieder zu meiner Ärztin um zu fragen ob ich einen neuen Schein für das neue Quartal dann bekommen könnte wenn ich Termine dafür mache. Meine Ärztin sagte überhaupt kein Problem. Ich also wieder zurück um Termine zu machen. Neue Dame am Empfang und sehr unfreundlich. Auf die Frage nach Terminen im neuem Quartal mit passenden Überweisungsschein wurde mir gesagt das sie so weit die Termine nicht vorgeschrieben hätten. Auf meine Frage dann wann ich dann vorbei kommen könnte um Termine für das neue Quartal zu machen sagte man mir dann ich solle doch woanders hingehen. Weitere frage von mir warum jetzt auf einmal fiel ihnen wohl ganz spontan ein das sie keine Kapazitäten plötzlich hätten. FAZIT : Unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert.

Eine furchtbare Praxis; keine Ahnung; was sie dort; den armen Leuten antun; die wirklich Hilfe brauchen; kann.jeden nur davor warnen; sich dort behandeln zu lassen.Vorsicht; geht bitte ; wenn ihr gesundheitiche ; Propleme habt überall hin; bloss nicht ; in diese schlimme Praxis.Kann wirklich nur jedem abraten.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren schon Patientin und kann mich nur für die Hilfe bedanken. Nach jeder Behandlung konnte ich Fortschritte spüren. Die Praxis ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Die Terminvereinbarungen klappen super. Man geniesst hier eine sehr persönliche Atmosphäre mit einem freundlichen und sehr kompetenten Team.

Ich werde seit 13 Jahren durch eine langwierige Krankheit, in dieser Physiotherapie behandelt. Ich kann nur sagen, dass sich mein körperlicher Zustand seit Beginn der Behandlung stetig verbessert hat und mir bei meinen Beschwerden immer versucht wird zu helfen. Die Physiotherapeuten sind alle sehr freundlich, behandeln sehr gut und vorne am Tresen wird immer, bei der Terminvergabe, auf die Patienten eingegangen. Sind keine Termine frei, dann liegt das an der großen Nachfrage.Ich danke allen Mitarbeitern für die so freundliche und fachlich gute Behandlung. C.Niederberger
