München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Mona is absolutely amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. She takes the time to understand the root cause of the pain, explains everything clearly, provides exercises for recovery, and carefully tracks progress from session to session. Her treatment is thorough, effective, and always tailored to your needs. I especially appreciate the extra care she provides before and after each session to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. Highly recommended!

For the past three years, I have consistently chosen this practice whenever I received a physiotherapy prescription. My decision is based on several factors, including the high standards of cleanliness, the professionalism and expertise of the staff, and the straightforward appointment scheduling process. Having lived in Munich for eight years and having previously received treatment at other facilities, I can confidently say that I continue to return to this team because of their competence, flexibility, and patient-centered approach. If continuity of care is important to you, I recommend explicitly requesting the same practitioner when booking your appointments in person, as online bookings may otherwise assign different therapists. Through my work with this team, I developed a strong sense of body awareness, which ultimately helped me identify a serious medical condition at an early stage. Early detection made successful treatment possible, and for that I am sincerely grateful to this highly competent team.

I had a prescription for 6 sessions and they told me that they do 30 minute double sessions, for 15 minutes each, so that I can only come 3 times and they recommended I come twice a week. So that's only a week and a half of treatment from them. I have never heard of this system or experienced it anywhere else and neither has my doctor. Also, I saw a different lady my second session who gave me some exercises to do that were very difficult for me and increased my pain. My next session, the original lady I saw told me not to do those recommended exercises and said it could be damaging at my point of recovery. Only giving an extra star because that lady was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I connected with this Physiotherapy center since 1 month continuously.1st session was with Mona and it was really nice and she was going through my diagnosis and she was helping around to find out right treatment . Then after I was with two time with diffrent physiotherapist they were jst killing the time the one was jst going over my pain area with her hand then jst used massage gun. And another has shown me few step from exercise and she used warmtherapie , I think it’s because of different person and they cannot follow my improvement. Both of the time I was not noticing recovery with my shoulder. Then I personally made appointment with receptionist and I make sure in that day that Physiotherapist Mona is there.Since then I am with Mona it’s my almost 6th time with her and I can notice it my pain is gone in my shoulders area and I kann move my Shoulder better.I recommend everyone to go there .You can really have solutions for your problem and it’s really easy to get appointments here and thank you for opening on Saturday and Sunday as well 👍😊

NEW: I'm so glad I wrote my initial review. The owner promptly called to apologize, and after a open discussion, he was incredibly polite and understanding of my situation and pain. I can now safetly recommend this physiotherapy practice, especially since they're open on weekends - that's a huge plus! ________ OLD: I cannot recommend this place at all. They make you sign all the therapy sessions the first day. They leave you alone with the Electro devices connected on your back, and with the pain, you're supposed to disconnect yourself. You have different people in every session, and one therapist didn't even arrive at the session. Pure definition of bad service
