BEWARE! Worst experience ever! Nails are nice but the whole experience was the worst. I couldn’t explain what I wanted without attitude and feeling like I had a question was so uncomfortable to ask because you feel they are angry at you for asking! In the end, the way she did the nails were so rough I ended up bleeding and injured. No apology no mention of anything just continued. I was too scared to say anything. The next day bleeding stopped but my nails are inflamed and painful. I don’t even want a refund, I just don’t want the hassle to speak to them knowing they will just argue. Please becareful to go! The service is so bad! And the technique that she does is so bad! The worst is, i was nice and spoke kindly, I didn’t want any problems but left super sad and frustrated. Just ruined my day with such bad service

Guten Tag, Mal ganz vom glanzvollen Handwerk abgesehen, scheint die Rechtschreibung hier ganz verloren gegangen zu sein. Damals, zu meiner Schulzeit wurde das schöne Wort „Pflege“ bekanntlich mit einem „Pf“ geschrieben, auch wenn mit dieser nette Schuppen mir etwas anderes eintrichtern möchte. Das Personal macht mir einen ganz netten Eindruck, das Handwerk spricht für sich selber, Top!

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Ich komme seit über 2 Jahren ins Studio, trotz Umzug auf die andere Seite von München. Einfach weil die Nägel super halten, sauber gearbeitet wird und die beiden Mädels tiptop sind! Auch die Terminvergabe bzw. Absprachen ein Traum :-) PS: Das Bild mit den Schneeflocken Nägeln ist von heute.

Bin seit 3 Jahren Stammkunde hier. Phuong ist die Beste und geht auf alle Wünsche ein, genauso wie Linh. Beide machen super Arbeit und bin jedes mal zufrieden (siehe die Bilder). Komme immer wieder gerne!! Sympathie 1++

Ich bin mit der Umsetzung meiner Wünsche sehr zufrieden. Die Nägel haben eine gelungene Form, sind schön dünn und ansonsten sind die Damen auch sehr bemüht. Was die Hygiene usw anbelangt ist es wie in allen üblichen Standard Nagelsalons. Ich komme wieder.
