Went to this shop to fix my Tablet. First employee told me he has to ask his boss and will call back in the afternoon so I left my tablet with them. Nobody called. Next day I called them. Next employee tells me he will call back in 20min. Nobody called. I go back to the shop almost a week later. Third employee knows nothing and I take my unfixed Tablet back. Total waste of time 👎

For the last year and a half Phone n Fix has been my go to location for everything regarding my different iPhones. Really great and friendly service! I just went in with my broken phone and they were able to change my display, and within one hour my phone was like new. I highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience at the shop. I brought my phone in for a display repair around 8 pm. The screen had shattered and they assured me it would be ready by 5 pm the following day. Upon retrieving my phone, however, I noticed several issues. It felt unusually light, the screen was too dark, and the fingerprint sensor was no longer functional.  Furthermore, the screen did not fit properly; the outer dark ring was too large (see attached photo). I inquired about these problems, and the technician explained that he had not realized I wanted an original screen replacement.  I then asked why he hadn't informed me about the two screen options. He proceeded to ask me whether I really needed the fingerprint function. I was lost for words. He then stated that an original screen replacement would cost 130€, I had already paid 90€ - I didn't understand why the price increased, and that it would require leaving my phone overnight again. Given my lack of confidence in their ability to install the correct screen, my need to have my phone, and my upcoming travel plans, I decided to leave. I honestly couldn't understand why he assumed I wouldn't want a screen that functions corr
