Leider war zu unserer Check In Zeit das Zimmer nicht fertig. Wir hatten keine Handtücher & Bettwäsche im Zimmer. Nur ein Kopfkissen. Wir mussten zweimal nachfragen und bekamen dann unsere Handtücher etc. Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein, laut, unsauber, warm. Bei der Dusche waren die Fugen schmutzig, an der Decke waren Spinnenweben.

Hotel had great place, good parking for 5 cars. Quiet neigbourhood. Our toilet room door didnt close. Shower was a bit broken but we still could shower without problems. Bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and nice. Good for 1 night for us.

Wir waren für eine Show in Berlin und zum Übernachten hat es absolut gereicht. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren sauber. Aber die Matratzen sind echt durchgelegen und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Für den Zweck war es okay, aber der Schlafkomfort lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.

Für den Preis angemessen, für uns super gekegen um das Komzert km Olympia-Stadion zu sehen. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes und preisgünstiges China-Restaurant, leider kein Frphstück möglich. Aber außer sonntags gibt es Kaffee und Brötchen gegenüber bei Edeka.

Leider kann ich nur den Service bewerten, der echt sehr schlecht war. Unterkunft hatte kein Interesse daran, 4 Erwachsene unterzubringen. Nach gewünschter Änderung der Zahlungsart und erneuter 20 Emails seitens booking, wurde die Buchung storniert, obwohl die Kreditkarte neu ist und fast täglich in Gebrauch. Ich habe mehrfach die Unterkunft angerufen und um Unterstützung gebeten, da mittlerweile eine Neubuchung auch nicht mehr möglich war. Eine Kooperation kam nie zustande, da die Dame am Telefon immer unterwegs war und zugesicherte Rückrufe wurden nicht umgesetzt. Interesse und Unterstützung war nicht vorhanden. Schade, wir haben nun woanders gebucht.
