Ingolstadt is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stayed here with a group for a week. Had to make our own breakfast as no one on duty to do so, were told only our group were staying there so we can do it ourselves. Rooms are comfortable but not fancy. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Use of kitchen and fridge is an added bonus but some of the full-time residents frown upon this and often get upset when we put our items in "their fridge" which actually belongs to the pension. They can be quite anti-social. The location is a little out of the way from the town of Ingolstadt yet the road is very busy with trucks throughout the night delivering to warehouses nearby. All in all, not a bad place with plenty of free parking but there are better places to stay in Ingolstadt.

I had the pleasure of spending 7 months here while I got used to the city and my new job. After my long stay here, I can only report positive experiences. The Pension is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast served is comprehensive with croissants, pretzels, bread, meat, eggs, fruits, vegetables, cereal, tea, coffee and juices. What really makes this Pension special is the staff, who are absolutely great! If you are moving to this city for a new job or any other reason, this Pension will make your entry to Ingolstadt very smooth and welcoming. The staff managing the Pension, serving breakfast and the cleaning crew are all very friendly and a chat with them will leave you in a good mood for the rest of the day. I booked the Pension while I hunted for apartments, but my stay here was so comfortable that I was not motivated to look for one for a long time.

This Pension was the best one. People here are really kind and living here was worth it. 2 months went by really well in this pension. I recommend Pension Wagner to anyone that wants to experience living in a great room, and to live together with awesome people. Also it has everything that is necessary to live for a short or long time period.

I've been living here for 2 months already for work reasons and I can say that the place is great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts are very good and not expensive at all. The staff is also really helpful at all times.
