Unfortunately a mixed experience. Staff are lovely but I booked a package with dental care because they advertised that they do ultrasonic cleaning, only for my partner to be told it isn’t included. The “dental care” is in fact brushing. Which is ridiculous because brushing is an every day thing not a once in 3 months thing. Now I’m out 40 euros more. 196 euro in total !!! Pretty much the entire reason I booked that package was under the expectation that it was actual cleaning. His cut and care is otherwise satisfactory.

This place is just horrible. The groomer returned my maltipoo dog (one can’t even tell that she is maltipoo anymore) like this. Cost 125€: « full CARE package » . They also told me that she will get a HAIR mask for « free ». For which hair? She has places in her legs and belly with no hair left at all. Administrator asked me to pay in ADVANCE - now I know why. And then she just left. Before the appointment of my dog was finished. The groomer sayed - she cannot take any actions anymore & there’s no one in salon who is responsible now. They called someone and the girl told me « it’s not that bad » - without even taking a look at my dog - she hasn’t see my dog to be able to evaluate the situation at all. But she knew already « it’s not that bad » - probably not the first time she got this call. Lying and irresponsible administrators + unqualified groomers. No procedure to complain. They told me that I will be contacted per email to get a « %return or reduction for the next service » (as if i would ever come to them again after what they did) . Haven’t received that email anyways. Shedding all the hair is NOT a 125€ service. It’s not even shedded equally. The length of this diff

I brought my very matted Husky Malamute for a complete treatment with undercoat removal, as he does not let me brush him. The ladies did SUCH AN AMAZING job, I really cannot praise them enough. Thank you for giving my dog lot's of pets and a fresh start

My cat has a difficult character—she doesn’t accept new people, scratches, and bites. Despite this, the groomers handled her professionally, completing the grooming and cleaning successfully. They even got scratched but stayed patient and did their job well. I’ll definitely use their service again, though I’d skip the bathing next time—the dryer is very loud and stressful for my cat. Highly recommend :)
